travelling notes (xlviii)

Valencia hasn't sold its soul to foreigners. Numbers could be growing, and why wouldn't they, but this place is still meant for locals who fill the evening cafes and restaurants with a nonchalant sense of belonging. It's a joy to observe. In fact, the only imperfect thing about Valencia is paella. And that's merely because I don't like paella.
